1 About Home Court Canada

Home Court Canada Inc. is a youth sports and community organization based in Ontario, Canada. We operate programs, events, and initiatives across three divisions: Film & Media, Golf & Fundraising, and Sports Events.

Home Court Canada Inc. is not a registered charity under the Income Tax Act (Canada) and does not issue CRA tax receipts for any donations or payments made through this site or otherwise.

2 Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful, personal, and informational purposes only. By using this site, you agree that you will not:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable federal, provincial, or local laws or regulations
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from this site without our express written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its related systems
• Impersonate Home Court Canada Inc. or any of its staff, volunteers, or partners

3 Donations and Payments

Donations and sponsorship payments processed through this site are handled by Square, a third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you also agree to Square's terms of service and privacy policy.

Home Court Canada Inc. is not a registered charity and cannot issue CRA tax receipts. Home Court Canada Inc. is not registered for GST/HST and no tax will be charged on any transaction.

All contributions are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Home Court Canada Inc.

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, images, division icons, and event materials is the property of Home Court Canada Inc. and is protected by applicable Canadian intellectual property laws.
